What do I need to bring to my first appointment?


Please bring your health insurance card and a valid form of ID such as passport or identity card.

Do I need a GP referral?


Depending on your health insurance model, you may have to inform your insurance company or GP of your visit to Arud in advance – please refer to your health insurance policy.

I do not want to receive any letters from Arud – is that possible?


Any correspondence from Arud will always be sent in a neutral envelope without logo or sender’s reference. If you wish, we can send your mail to a different address or we can give you the documents in person when you are here.

Can I pay for the consultation myself?


If you do not want to involve your health insurance company, you can pay for your treatment privately – either by bank transfer or in cash.
