What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your health insurance card and a valid form of ID such as passport or identity card. We require a doctor's referral for admission, unless you are paying for the treatment yourself or it is an opiod agonist therapy (OAT). During the initial consultation, we will clarify together whether treatment at Arud is an option and what further steps are appropriate for you.

I do not want to receive any letters from Arud – is that possible?

Any correspondence from Arud will always be sent in a neutral envelope without logo or sender’s reference. If you wish, we can send your mail to a different address or we can give you the documents in person when you are here.

Can I pay for the consultation myself?
