Open topic therapy group

New offer starting September 5, 2023: Psychotherapy-led group therapy for people with addictive disorders will be held on Tuesdays from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at Arud.

The group is suitable for anyone who wants to reflect on their issues in depth in a therapy group. It offers a protected space to talk with others about oneself, one's own difficulties and concerns, and to consider issues from different perspectives.

The open communication and interaction in the group also makes it possible to better understand one's own life story and relationship difficulties, to try out new patterns of thinking and behavior, to strengthen social skills and one's own resources, and to develop personally.

The therapy group is intended to support the participants in their own therapeutic development and to help them gain more security and self-confidence in social contexts. In addition, the group should enable participants to view their issues from a different perspective and motivate them to adopt a more solution-oriented approach to thinking. A supportive and trusting group dynamic is cultivated.
