COVID-19: Information for our patients

As the incidence of coronavirus infections is falling, the Federal Council has decided to relax the measures for the first time. However, it is still necessary to prevent the spread of the virus. Arud is constantly adapting its procedures to the latest regulations.

We're still admitting patients!

It is important for people who are not yet in therapy to be able to enter therapy quickly and easily. This is especially true for people with an opioid addiction. Please contact us by phone - we are there for you: 058 360 50 00.

As of this moment, we are offering regular dates again.


For persons who need special protection, the following services are also available:

  • Appointments for discussions and advice can be made by telephone or via video conference.

  • In case of illness and self-isolation we deliver the medicines to your home ...

  • ... and offer home visits.

  • Patients in an [opioid agonist therapy (OAT)] (/treatment and offer/offer/opioid agonist therapy substitution) receive the maximum possible number of drugs. That means: regular OAT up to 30 days, diaphin therapy (DT) up to 7 days.

  • The progress controls can take place by telephone if required.
